Scope of Work

MedPubPro will provide:

  • Specific deliverables — e.g., statistical analysis, manuscript drafting assistance, formatting, journal selection guidance

Client will provide:

  • Research topic and intellectual direction
  • Clinical data and source material
  • Ethics approval documentation (where applicable)
  • Active participation at all mandatory checkpoints

Timeline

Estimated delivery date — to be confirmed after consultation

Clause 4
Payment

Amount — 50% advance required to begin work, 50% before final delivery.

Clause 5
Mandatory Checkpoints

As defined in Terms & Conditions — Section 3. Client must be available and responsive at each checkpoint. Delays caused by client unavailability are excluded from delivery timeline guarantees.

Client Responsibilities
  • Provide authentic, ethically obtained data
  • Actively participate and provide substantive intellectual input
  • Review all deliverables at each checkpoint
  • Submit the final work under own name and bear full responsibility
Clause 7
MedPubPro Responsibilities
  • Deliver work as per the agreed scope and timeline
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and research content
  • Provide unlimited revisions until publication or client satisfaction
  • Not claim authorship on any deliverable or submitted work
  • Support resubmission to alternate journals at no additional cost, if required
